Where are your servers located?

Accepted Answer

In data centers in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Estonia. You pick the country when you order. The Locations page lists the approximate latency from Moscow for each one.

How long does it take to deploy a server?

Accepted Answer

Usually 1 to 3 minutes after payment. The IP address and root password appear in your account, and we notify you when the server is ready.

Which operating systems can I install?

Accepted Answer

Ubuntu 26.04, Ubuntu 24.04, Ubuntu 22.04, Ubuntu 20.04, Debian 13, Debian 12, Debian 11, CentOS Stream 9, AlmaLinux 9, Rocky Linux 9, Astra Linux, Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019. You can reinstall the OS from the control panel at any time. Reinstalling wipes the disk, so back up your data first.

Can I add resources or change the IP address?

Yes, both are available in the control panel. For an upgrade you pay the price difference for the rest of the paid term, and your disk and data stay in place. An IP change costs extra; the panel shows the price before you confirm.

How do I pay for a server?

Accepted Answer

Top up your balance in rubles in your account, then pay for the server for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. You see the total before you order, and it stays fixed for the paid term.

Do you offer discounts for longer terms?

Accepted Answer

Yes: 15% for 3 months, 20% for 6 months and 25% for 12 months. The discount applies to the whole term at checkout.

How does renewal work?

Accepted Answer

With auto-renewal on, we charge the next month to your balance three days before the term ends. You get reminders 7 days, 3 days and 3 hours ahead, each telling you whether your balance covers the renewal.

How do I reach my server if SSH is down?

Accepted Answer

Use the VNC console in your account. It shows the server screen and works without the server network, so it helps when a firewall rule or network setting locks you out.

Do you have an API?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The REST API covers ordering servers, power control, OS reinstalls, renewals and every other control panel action. You create keys with read-only or full access in your account.

How do you protect my account and data?

Accepted Answer

You can sign in with a password, a one-time code or a passkey, and turn on two-factor authentication with an authenticator app. We store personal data encrypted, and your security log lists every sign-in.

When do I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

When a server was unavailable through our fault for longer than the 99.9% monthly SLA allows. Scheduled maintenance does not count. If you delete a server yourself, we do not refund the remaining paid term.

How do I contact support?

Open a ticket in your account. Engineers answer it, and you get a copy of the reply by email. You can also write to support@qocloud.tech or message us on Telegram.
