QoDev is an international technology group headquartered in Hong Kong. The group builds and runs infrastructure for its own products and for corporate clients. QoCloud opens that infrastructure to the market: the same servers, the same security standards and the same operations team.

The QoDev group brings together businesses that cover two core needs of a technology company: computing power and data protection. Each division runs on its own and draws on shared group resources: capital, expertise and common standards.
Within the group, QoCloud is responsible for cloud infrastructure. We host servers in EU data centers and handle everything between the hardware and your application: provisioning, networking, monitoring, support and transparent billing in rubles.

You see the final price before you order, and it matches your invoice. No hidden fees and no retroactive changes to terms.

Operations engineers handle your requests, not scripts. Every ticket keeps its history and has an owner.

You stay in control
You get full root access. Our staff log in to your server only to solve your issue, with a stated reason and an entry in your security log.
Shared group standards
Data protection
We encrypt personal data at the field level (AES-256-GCM) and hash passwords with Argon2id. Keys live separately from the database.
Staff access
Staff sign in to the management system only with two-factor authentication. An append-only log records every action.
Openness
The status page shows service health, incidents and scheduled maintenance in real time.
Geography
Servers run in data centers in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Estonia. Management and support work from the group headquarters.
