How the balance works

Top-up
In Billing, enter an amount from ₽100 to ₽100,000 per payment and continue to the payment page. The money reaches your balance once the payment is confirmed.

Order
Choose a configuration, a country and a term. We charge the whole term to your balance at once, and the price stays fixed until the term ends.

Renewal
With auto-renewal on, we charge the next month to your balance three days before the term ends. Reminders arrive 7 days, 3 days and 3 hours ahead.

Transaction history
Every top-up, charge and refund appears in the transaction history in your dashboard.
Discounts for longer terms
The discount covers the term you pay for at checkout. Each renewal adds one month at the monthly price.

Payments through our payment partner
You top up your balance through QoCloud’s payment partner: bank cards and the other methods shown on the payment page. The amount reaches your balance once the partner confirms the payment.
Accounting documents
QoCloud does not issue closing accounting documents such as service acts or VAT invoices. Keep this in mind if you pay for servers on behalf of a company.
Billing questions
How do I pay for a VPS in rubles?
Top up the ruble balance in your dashboard and pay for a server for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. We charge the whole term at once, and you see the total before you order.
Which payment methods can I use?
Bank cards and the other methods shown on our payment partner’s page. You choose the method after you enter the top-up amount.
Do you offer discounts for longer terms?
Yes: up to 15% for 3 months, up to 20% for 6 months and up to 25% for 12 months. The calculator and checkout show the exact discount for each plan.
Do you issue closing accounting documents?
No. QoCloud does not issue service acts or VAT invoices. Your dashboard keeps the full history of balance transactions.
Can I get money back from my balance?
You can withdraw the unspent balance to the payment method you used, minus the payment partners’ fees. Submit a request in Billing or email billing@qocloud.tech. If you delete a server yourself, we do not refund its remaining paid term.
