Terms of Use

These Terms govern the use of the qocloud.tech website, the account area, the app (PWA) and the API provided by QoCloud, the cloud division of the QoDev group of companies (hereinafter "QoCloud", the "Provider", "we").

By registering or using the website, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Policy.

You must be over 18 to register. Provide a valid email address: we send codes, security notifications and invoices to it.

One person or organization may have one primary account. Creating accounts to evade a suspension or restrictions, or to obtain bonuses, is prohibited. We suspend such accounts together with the primary account.

You are responsible for keeping your password, two-factor authentication codes, passkeys and API keys safe. We recommend enabling 2FA or a passkey. If you suspect your account has been compromised, notify support immediately.

We never ask you to share your password, an email code or a 2FA code, whether by email, in tickets or in messengers.

API keys are issued with "read" or "manage" permissions and request limits. A key gives access to your money and servers: store it like a password and revoke keys you do not use.

We send notifications to your account feed, by email, and as push notifications to devices where you have enabled them.

We always send security emails (new sign-in, password and email changes), support replies and legally significant notices. You can turn off notifications about payments, server actions and news in the settings.

We may restrict or suspend an account for a breach of these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy or applicable law, if we suspect the account has been compromised, or at the request of competent authorities.

When an account is suspended, all sessions are terminated. We tell you the reason by email unless the law prohibits it or doing so would interfere with an investigation.

You can appeal a suspension by writing to support@qocloud.tech from the email address linked to the account.

The website, its design, texts, images and the QoCloud and QoDev designations belong to the QoDev group. Using them without permission is prohibited, except for quotation with a reference to the source.

The data and software you place on your servers belong to you. We use them only as needed to provide the services and comply with the law.

We may amend these Terms. We publish the new version on this page with its date and notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.
